Lunenburg Saloon & Cemetery

The log building is rumored to be the first saloon to open in Izard County. The cemetery hosts the remains of several early settlers of Izard County including John Byler . Also buried here is Jesse Hinkle...Izard County's coroner from 1862-1864...who was involved in the infamous Mill Creek Organization Peace Society incident during the civil-war era.
