The Alvin Reeves Place (Guion Road)

The Alvin Reeves Place stood alongside old Guion Road. We suspect the existing log building (pictured with windows and doors painted upon it) was the smokehouse or some other out-building for the home that once stood on the property. We are told the barn was built as a W.P.A. Project. While visiting this site, we were invited to go on a hike to the Big Roundmouth Cave. Along the way, we also visited some other very interesting geologic features on the property which we will share with you later in the week in the form of more photos and a video!
